Not that I would spend my hard-earned five dollarsess for a campaign but out of curiousity is there even a way to get those??

I don't imagine there is, seeing as how as far as I know the only ways to get more money aside from your allowances are winning the Bingo games and marrying Professor Grabner, and both of those come after the elections. Course, there might be some secret I haven't discovered yet.

Those are mostly supposed to be there to suggest to non-cheating players that there are things poor Mary Sue cannot accomplish.
