Is it impossible to get an invite if you become treasurer?

I did what I did the last time to get an invite except this time I'm treasurer and I think the date for this event has already past.

I was treasurer in almost all of my games, and I was invited. o.o

So...yes, I think it is possible. ^^ Are you sure you did everything the same as you did it last time?

There are multiple ways to get the invitation and they're not all obvious. It's possible you triggered the invitation on your first play by something you didn't even notice.

Hmm...now that I think of it, the first time: after the Medea play, I said people should be punished and I had the Communication spell by the time that the event occurred which was after a class (I think, can't remember). I also didn't have Ellen yell at Professor Grabiner after she failed the test.

This time: same thing except I let Ellen yell at Professor Grabiner and then on the night of the event, I got my bra stolen. I also got the opportunity to confess to Professor Grabiner that the love letter was mine.

Oh well, I guess my revenge on Damien will have to wait until the next round. I will get you yet, my pretty!

Edit: Found a thread that gave me the answer though it was labeled "Secret Society" and I didn't use those terms when searching earlier.

Does anything really HAPPEN with the secret society? Maybe I have to be on a specific path or something but other than joining, I don't seem to ever get called on to do anything or call on anyone to do so. Maybe I'm just not patient enough/on the right route but I wanted to ask. Thanks.

Edit: nevermind, at least I have my character going "sounds like something they would do" two second after I post. I must just be impatient!

As far as I've found you can use the secret society three ways.

1. To get revenge on Kyo.

2. To get revenge on Damien.

3. To instigate a fight between Donald and Kyo.

Awesome. But I have to ask, how do you use it for the second and third options? Or is there a time these options are given to you I should look for? All I ever managed was to get Damien to love me, or drain my magic. And I never got Donald and Kyo to fight, but I was able to get revenge on Kyo.

If you're on Damien's path and you're part of the Rose and Wasp there should be an option when he first writes you to seek revenge.

For Donald the gist is to pick Donald at Christmas, turn him down when he asks you out, accuse Kyo, but don't orchestrate revenge. Then on May 5th go the Mall - Food Court and on May 6th say yes to bingo and talk about the fire then it goes from there.

Both of these involve brief William scenes too.

I found another.

I got Kyo to attack Jacob though it didn't seem like doing that got revenge on Kyo.

Do you have to be strong enough to get revenge on Damien?

All I've been able to do is get drained or nearly pulled into the Otherworld.

For Kyo attacking Jacob was that after they posted pictures of him in the shower? Then that's the first one.

For revenge against Damien you need to have declared your love for Damien at the initial incident and be part of Rose and Wasp. When he writes you to ask to ask you to meet him there should be a revenge option.

All of Damien's endings kind of hinge on agreeing to sacrifice yourself and then telling him you love him.

You can only seek revenge once, right? Like you can't try to get revenge on Kyo and Damien...

I feel deeply dissatisfied after finally getting revenge; poor William.

Yes, William doesn't come out too well in that unfortunately.

Have you gotten the Damien variation with the ring? That's my favorite ending for him.

After he returns, if you're a little less sure about whether you should be with him - don't reject him but don't lay everything on the line for him either, then you should get the ring ending.

I tried to get the ring ending with Damien, but I didn't manage to. He only danced with my character in the park after the ball, and then left saying we will meet again. Could someone tell me specifically what choices I should make to get the ring ending?

If I remember correctly, when you meet Damien in the forest give him the in-between answer. I believe you need to not make Damien's case to Professor Postdam. You should get the ring some time before the ball.
