I'm am so sorry. I'm new here and I have no clue where to post this question. I tried looking on the forum index, but was still lost.

I'm trying to upload my Magical Diary avatar as my avatar on here, however, no matter what I do I keep getting this message: "The URL of the remote avatar is not valid".

What does that mean? Please help and again I'm sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong place.

No problem; this is our first time doing this avatar thing so there are bound to be a few kinks in it.

What url are you trying to put in?

There was a problem witht he yearbook briefly earlier (it was ahving trouble because of an apostrophe in someone's name) so it's possible something silly happened. We can probably fix it manually if you tell us which character is yours.

You should be able to get URLs that work as avatars from the yearbook pages now.

(It's actually a bug in the forum software, but since this forum software is everywhere it's easier to put a workaround in the yearbook.)

Thank you, Hanako and Spiky Caterpillar.

The first time I tried to access the Yearbook, I was told that my character name was invalid. I still had the demo up, so I was able to get to it from there. I tried using the BBcode and Direct. I even tried to put it on Photobucket, but it only liked the Direct and not the BBcode. Once, I was able to do that then I could use it as my avatar on another site. However, one time it told me that the url was invalid.

I don't know if you still need this information or not, but I might as well post it just in case.
