This is how to get Alben's endings:

Spoilers are in white text below.

To get Alben, choose:

1. demand to be let in
2. be angry
3. sleep alone
4. no
5. alben
6. try to escape
7. don't want to know
8. no
9. hungry
10. jump between them

To get Alben's good ending (#5), choose:

11. scold him
12. broken a bone
13. get angry
14. comfort him

To get Alben's bad ending (#4), choose:

11. scold him
12. broken a bone
13. get angry
14. yell at him

There are multiple possibilities, but with these choices you can save just before making choice #14 to experience both endings without doing everything again.
I got ending #4 first, because I made the other (bad) choice at choice #11. If you do that, choice #13 will never appear in the game, and you always get ending #4.

To get Bradley, choose:

1. apologize
2. be flirtatious
3. share a room
4. yes
5. bradley
6. talk to bradley
7. be intrigued
8. yes
9. hungry
10. jump between them


To get Bradley's good ending (#3), choose:

11. stay quiet
12. kissed a girl
13. be quiet
14. no
15. about bianca

To get Bradley's bad ending (#2), choose:

11. stay quiet
12. kissed a girl
13. be quiet
14. yes
15. about bianca

There are multiple possibilities. If you save just before choice #14, you can achieve both endings without doing everything again. I got ending #3 on the very first playthrough, because I wanted to be friends with everybody. Choices #1-#10 resemble most of the choices in my first playthrough. Many thanks to sayuri for explaining about the 'other' choice you can make at choice #15, even though it stays locked for a long time.

Unfortunately, I have not found any way to see which endings I already had. Because of this, I wrote down the ending numbers (#1-#11) on a piece of paper when I got them.

By the way, I think most people end up with Bradley on their first playthrough. Just being helpful, good and nice will give you him anyway.

Spoilers about ending #1:

(This has also been discussed earlier in this thread by other people.)
Ending #1 can only be obtained after you got all other endings.
For Ending #1, you need Bradley as your companion (see choices 1-10 in the previous post for how to get him).

To get Rafael's good ending (#11), choose:

11. stay quiet
12. kissed a girl
13. linds
14. yes

To get Rafael's bad ending (#10), choose:

11. stay quiet
12. kissed a girl
13. linds
14. no

There are multiple possibilities. If you save just before choice #14, you can achieve both endings without doing everything again.

Note that you are missing some story this way. Choose the other option at choice #13 to learn more about the story. The past of Rafael looks a lot like my own past (and current times) anyway!

You have to complete both endings for each guy, then when doing it the 11th time to get Susan, get on the Bradley path.

It's a happy ending

Actually, I *think* you don't need to get all the endings, just both of Bradley's endings. I had only gotten nine of the endings when the Susan option unlocked for me.

You have to get most of the other endings, because seeing all the different results of the experiment at the end helps set up the central mystery so that the final revelation hopefully makes sense. It's more than just Bradley's two endings that's required, but it's not absolutely all of them.
