This seems totally ridiculous, but how in the world to you get Robin to talk to you in the first place!? Is it stat related or do you have to do something initially??

I have no clue. >.< And it's keeping me from a couple endings!!

Robin doesn't want to waste time chatting with you unless there's something to be gained from it. And even then, being not a chatty person, you won't get the big golden "Talk to me!" signal.

(vague hint) Do some other jobs in the City and also build up your Luck. Then try asking Robin for a job.
