Is there a redownload service?

This might be the wrong forum, if so, my apologies.
Is there a redownload service for CKK if purchased through this site? I seem to have erased my original download (I was planning to save it so I could uninstall reinstall but apparently I did not!).

I bought the first one through an affiliate and with them I can always log in and download but I purchased the second one here and can't seem to find a similar option.
