Getting the feather for the Star Princess ending

Hi all,

I bought CKK the other day and am enjoying it so much.

I'm trying to get the star princess ending which requires that I find the feather. But I can't find the place where the feather can be found. Can anyone help? Thanks.

It's right near a group of five pine trees that's just north of your hometown. After the inkeeper tells you about the feather, head over there and wait for the feather to fall.
