mineral, stone question.

hi how do i get the diamond, sapphire etc? i tried the mining guy and mined until my character die of exhaustion but all i get is quartz i searched the place for someone selling it still nothing. i also tried combining every mineral there is i can buy but still nothing. a little help here please.

If you fight monsters in the dungeons, sometimes you'll get those valuable gems there.

but my character is really weak, i have 192 magic and 143 tame and that doesn't really help me fight monsters. thnx! anyway

You should be able to do some damage with 192 magic! Unless you don't have the MP to back it up... For a magic-based character, learning cooking so you can stock up on MP-refresh items is very useful.

Jewels do show up sometimes when you're mining (even diamonds), but it's very rare, even rarer than they are as dungeon drops. Some of the boss monsters are guaranteed to drop jewels.

woah, so its really rare finding those stones. i was just hoping to craft a wand for my magician so i could enter the dungeon in the desert. how do i increase my mp by the way? do i need to increase my mind skill?

Yes, increse your mind and you'll increse your MP.

thanks... ok i also found out that if you have a high luck, and you walk around the map you can find many of this stones and sometimes ingredients that you won't find in any store.

oh yeah and one more thing. how in the world can i beat that giant spider?
