Big fish version has no cheat console

is this deliberate or is there a way to fix this?

I've been trying to find a way to fix this same problem all day.

I did manage to discover that you can start a game in the demo, load up your cheats, and then port that save over to the BF version.

If it really was deliberate, that's really bad form. At least TELL somebody.

The edit commands are an unadvertised and unsupported feature. They have to be, because its very possible to break the game by using them and cause crashes or other problems. They are not officially part of the game, and for that reason I generally try to avoid making any statements about them at all.

There should be an update in the works at BFG that will enable certain commands; however, due to the need to test and safety-check things, I can't guarantee when that will be available or whether cheats will be included.

However, completely unofficially, check your PMs.

Well that certainly explains the problem.... where can I find a version that allows the cheat console?

Well, obviously, you can always get the most recent version of any of my games from my site. Which includes the right to new downloads if your computer gets wiped, or if there's new stuff added.

I'm really missing the cheat console and since the BFG version doesn't have a saved games folder, even that isn't working.

HELP, PLEASE!!!

BFG version DOES have a saves folder. If yours is empty, then you're using Vista or Windows 7, and your saves are located in C:\Users\<Your name>\AppData\Roaming\CKK\. It's a hidden folder, so you will have to be able to view those before you can find it.

As I said in my previous post, you can use the demo of CKK to start a new game, load any cheats that you plan to use, save, and then open that save in the BFG version.
