Having Some Trouble With the Dream Stat

I was hoping someone could help me out with how the Dream stat works. I thought it was that when you do badly it goes down and when you do well it goes up, but lately I've been doing well at jobs but the stat isn't raising.

Can anyone give me a bit of help on how it works? Thank you so much!

You generally get a dream boost from doing well at jobs if you succeed every day all week, iirc. So if you only do okay, you won't see much benefit.

Okay, thank you so much, Hanako! (I also may have been working her too hard, she kept saying she was exhausted but I pressed on with HP left.)
