Scream Symbol

Hi, I am having difficulty getting Scream. This is the only spell I am missing besides Flame. I am babysitting the astronomer's child. I also have 0 sin, but I cannot get the event where I get it. Is there some other requirement (time, stats, etc) that I am missing?

I'd need to look it up to see the exact rules but IIRC you have to fail at the job in order to make the baby scream. (It may also need to be early in the game when he's still that young.)
