Math Girls (Japanese novel now in English)

Just got passed a link to this, apparently a popular book from Japan introducing some advanced math concepts in the context of students dealing with the problems in their lives (and a bit of romance).

I haven't read it myself, though, but it seemed appropriate to put the Math Girls with the Science Girls!

I got the book, and I enjoy it quite a bit. It's sort of a textbook/novel with the math explored and explained by the main characters.

It's probably not for everyone though... I enjoyed math in school and was able to follow along with most of the examples, but you have to be able to enjoy reading/working out some of the problems to get the most out of this book, in my opinion.
