If you would like to create Cute Knight avatars for use in your forum account, you can go to the avatar creator at

http://www.hanakogames.com/avatar/

When you've built a picture that you like, SAVE it to your hard drive, then use the Profile button to UPLOAD that saved file as your avatar. You can't link directly to the image that's created by the script, it won't work.

Hmm, I'm having trouble uploading my avvie here. I followed all of the instructions but the reason that it won't let me upload is that the file is too big-10 mb approximately and the site can only support up to 6 mb. I've tried formatting the pic to another type but I can't seem to change it. What can I do?

10MB is pretty big for a little picture... are you trying to use some sort of movie/animation maybe? That probably won't work.

Hmm, well, I didn't use any kind of animation at all. I followed the link in the first post to create my own avatar and then I saved it onto my computer. However, I get this message saying that it's 10 mb or something. Strange.

Well, I might ask one of my friends whose good with making avatars what the deal is with that.

Sorry for double-posting but I can't find the edit button to my last post for some weird reason.

Anyway, I found out that the avvie I'm trying to upload is actually 10.8 kb. But for some reason, the site can only support up to 6 kb although I followed the directions exactly for making my avatar and all. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Oh, okay, 10KB makes more sense.

Post the pic on the web somewhere else? Then either you can try to link to it remotely in your profile or we can reformat it for you to make it fit. Sorry about that.

Ok, I made a new avatar and then uploaded it to my photobucket account. Then I tried to upload it to here but I got the following general error:

Unable to upload file

DEBUG MODE

Line : 251
File : usercp_avatar.php

I'm confused as to what to do now.

Sorry again for the double-posting but again, no edit button. lol

Anyway, looks like I finally got my avatar up. Needed to use the last area for uploading from offline URLs and it finally worked.

Sorry for the trouble. Please delete any of my posts in this thread as necessary.

Try uploading it to a free image hoster and then putting the URL in the 'Link to off-site Avatar:' field?
